In all this, there is very little you can control. Recognize that and do what you can to stay healthy. Spend some time considering that things could go wrong so that if they do, you’ve done some work to prepare. But, most importantly, in all this, live. Go outside and get some air. Share some words of love with important people. Read. Meditate. Work on a hobby that you have more time for now that you’re spending time at home. Love this moment exactly for what it is.
